Where are the clubs hosted?
Grails™ Bag Club and Grails™ Watch Club run through private WhatsApp and Telegram groups. Approved members receive access to the relevant club chats.
What can I do inside the clubs?
Discuss collections, share new additions and exchange opinions with fellow collectors. Post a WTB for a specific bag or luxury watch, see available stock and speak directly with other members. Buyers can compare offers and ask about condition and provenance. Dealers can share stock, respond to buyer requests and source for clients.
How much is membership?
Collector membership is free to join, including WTB posts and community access. Dealer membership is $1,450 a year per club, subject to approval. Bag Club and Watch Club have separate memberships. No payment is taken with your application.
Can I sell from my collection?
Yes. Collector selling requires $75 authentication per item. Prefer Grails to sell it for you? Add concierge to your order.
What do approved dealers receive?
A Grails verified dealer badge, professional selling access, and a private dealer-only lounge to share deal flow. Dealers get first access to WTB posts and sales listings before the wider club, alongside trade connections to source for clients.
How are sellers vetted?
We review the seller’s business or seller profile, trading history and references before approval. Dealer applicants must provide these details with their application.
What does the verified dealer badge mean?
The Grails verified dealer badge identifies a dealer whose business profile, trading history and references have passed our review. Approved dealers receive the badge for their member introduction and listings.
Does vetting authenticate each bag or luxury watch?
Seller vetting checks who you are dealing with. It is separate from authenticating a bag or luxury watch. Collector selling requires $75 authentication per item; an approved dealer badge does not authenticate the dealer’s inventory.
How do I get access?
Choose Collector or Dealer membership and select the clubs you want to join. We’ll contact you about the outcome and next steps. Membership is subject to approval; submitting the form does not give you access to the groups.
Can I apply for both clubs?
Yes. Select both clubs in your application. Collector membership is free. Dealers pay $1,450 a year per club, so both clubs cost $2,900 a year. Your application shows the total before you submit.
Do I buy from GRAILS PRIVÉ?
Members normally buy and sell directly with one another. Collectors can add concierge to their order for Grails to handle the sale on their behalf.
